We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

General Manager Trainees in All Districts. This program includes six months training to prepare experienced Lumber & Building Materials professionals for management positions at one of our locations. Truss Plant Manager Trainees in our Colorado, Northern and Southern Arizona & Southwest Districts. Candidates for this position should have at least 5 years prior experience supervising production employees and be able to perform material takeoffs. Truss Estimators and Designers in our Colorado, Northern and Southern Arizona Districts. Designers preferably should have a minimum of 2 years experience designing trusses using Mitek 2000 and ACES systems. Estimators should possess at least 3 years experience with takeoffs and layouts.
