Foxworth-Galbraith is very excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new point of sale system, Epicor BisTrack.

For 120 years, providing our customers with a great shopping experience has been the key ingredient to our success. We are thrilled to continue this long tradition as we launch our newest point of sale system.

Our investment in BisTrack is a commitment to continuously improving the shopping experience for our homeowner and pro customers. By upgrading our point of sale technology, we will enhance the way we provide service while improving our ability to execute our Customer Promise.

Once fully implemented, our new point of sale system will touch key components of our Customer Promise, including ease of doing business, responding to customers with a sense of urgency, ensuring competitive pricing, improved product procurement, and enhancing customer service by improving our “Shop Your Way” capabilities (online, curbside pickup and same or next day delivery).

As excited as we are about the enhancements our new point of sale system will bring, we know a system conversion will not come without challenges. We are working hard to ensure the implementation will be as seamless and painless as possible but ask for your patience and understanding as we relearn our processes and adapt to our new system.

The go-live date for our Oklahoma City and Norman locations will take place on May 2, 2022. We anticipate the initial 4-6 weeks “adoption phase” will be where the greatest amount of patience and understanding will be needed.
