Benefits

Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits plan to our Associates. Below is a summary of benefits offered.

Health and Wellness
The Company has an outstanding health plan with access to the Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO network of doctors and hospitals. Associates may choose the benefit plan level which best fits their needs. The plan includes a wellness benefit, vision benefits, prescription benefits, and dental coverage.

Life Insurance
Basic life insurance is provided by the Company to Associates who elect coverage under the health insurance plan. Optional Associate life insurance and dependent life insurance is also available.

Disability
Short-term and long-term disability is provided by the Company at no cost to Associates who have completed the waiting period. Associates also have the option to supplement the Company provided benefits with additional long term disability coverage.

Retirement Savings
Our 401(k) plan is designed to assist Associates in preparing for retirement. Eligible Associates may save up to 100% of their salary on a pre-tax basis. Your total deferrals in any taxable year may not exceed a dollar limit which is set by law and may be adjusted yearly.

Home and Remodel Program
Foxworth-Galbraith provides their Associates a path to home ownership or home remodel through a generous home and remodel program. As an Associate, you are provided cost plus pricing on building materials and construction labor or you can take advantage of builder discounts on new home purchases. This program provides our Associates an opportunity to buy, build, or remodel their home at reduced prices.
