Operations and manufacturing administrative positions involve general bookkeeping functions, accounts receivable and payables, receiving purchase orders and executing branch level HR directives.
Corporate level administrative positions specialize in providing admin support for corporate departments including executives, supply chain, HR, fleet, marketing and loss prevention.
Operations & Manufacturing
The Bookkeeper plays a key administrative role in our operations and manufacturing branches. Bookkeepers handle Accounts Receivables, customer payments, account setup and serve as an extension of our Human Resources department.
The Inventory Coordinator’s duties include entering and receiving purchase orders, accounts payable, merchandise credits, updating and managing hardline retail pricing and conducting inventory cycle counts.
The Receiving Clerk’s primary responsibilities are the receiving and merchandising of hardline products. Other duties include processing merchandise credits and processing special orders.
The Executive Admin role supports the executive team and Chief Executive Officer. Duties include organizing meetings, preparing presentations, arranging travel and handling executive communication.
The Fleet Admin handles vehicle registrations, DOT records, vehicle transfers, audit records and supports the Corporate Fleet Manager.
The Supply Chain Admin supports hardline and commodity buyers, processes invoicing for payables, pursues vendor credits and interacts with vendors.
The HR Admin supports all aspects of human resources including benefits, training, associate engagement and associate onboarding.
The Finance Admin supports corporate financing activities including general entries, bank statement reconciliation, financial reporting and supporting the Finance Executive team.
