Foxworth-Galbraith’s corporate office is located in Plano, Texas.

Our corporate team is responsible for the primary functions that run the corporation from leadership responsibilities like setting strategy and making acquisitions to departmental responsibilities in accounting, banking, payables, receivables, fleet, safety, payroll, benefits, recruiting and insurance.

Corporate Leadership

The President and Chief Executive Officer is the highest-ranking member of our leadership team. This position is ultimately responsible for the financial health of the company, its profitability and the well-being of its employees. The President and CEO determines strategy and provides direction to the leadership team.

The Chief Operating Officer oversees operations, manufacturing, sales, and marketing leadership. The COO is responsible for the profitability of the branches, supervision of its employees and assets and provides strategic direction. This position plays a key role in our growth strategy and acquisitions.

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all aspects of the company’s finances including financial reporting, forecasting, audits and procuring financing to meet the company’s needs. The CFO oversees the finance department, accounts payable, taxes and payroll.

The Legal Counsel position is responsible for overseeing human resources, credit, risk, legal and contractual agreements, safety and provides counsel to leadership. Legal Counsel helps to safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing the company strictly follows legal guidelines and provides legal advice to management about all relevant issues.

Finance

The Controller is responsible for preparing financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, taxes and audits. The Controller also works with external auditing firms and works with our branches to resolve any accounting or finance issues.

The Assistant Controller is responsible for preparing financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, taxes and audits. Like the Controller, the Assistant Controller also works with external auditing firms and works with our branches to resolve any accounting or finance issues.

The Payroll Manager oversees all aspects of payroll processing, including time management, compensation adjustments, vacation, taxation, overtime and sick pay. The Payroll Manager also ensures the timeliness and accuracy of our employee payroll.
The Accounts Payable Manager oversees invoice processing and payables, vendor credits, journal entries and ledger adjustments. The AP Manager also interacts with our vendors and handles vendor credit.

Human Resources

The Risk & Safety Manager provides safety guidelines and enforcement for fleet, manufacturing facilities and saw maintenance. The Risk and Safety Manager also ensures everyone in the company complies with health and safety laws.
The Corporate Fleet Manager oversees and manages the corporate fleet including vehicle registration, fleet procurement, DOT compliance, fleet maintenance, and fleet age. The Corporate Fleet Manager is a logistics specialist and helps the company find ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
The Director of Human Resources oversees all facets of associate benefits, training, associate engagement, recruitment, employment regulation and compliance. The Director of HR also develops HR strategies, provides sound advice to senior management, and supports the organization’s Human Resources needs.
