Foxworth-Galbraith has outstanding health plans with access to the Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO network of doctors and hospitals. Associates may choose the benefit plan level which best fits their needs. Each plan includes medical benefits, vision benefits through EyeMed, prescription benefits, and dental coverage. We also have a Heath Savings Account option for those that wish to save for medical costs now and in the future.

Basic life insurance is provided by FG to associates who elect coverage under the health insurance plan. Optional associate, spouse and dependent life insurance is also available.

Short-term and long-term disability is provided by FG at no cost to Associates who have completed the waiting period. Associates also have the option to supplement FG provided disability benefits with additional long term disability coverage.

Our 401(k) plan is designed to assist Associates in preparing for retirement and includes company match. Eligible Associates may save up to 100% of their salary on a pre-tax basis. Total deferrals in any taxable year may not exceed a dollar limit which is set by law and may be adjusted yearly.

Foxworth-Galbraith provides Associates a path to home ownership or home remodel through a generous home and remodel program. As an Associate, you are provided cost plus pricing on building materials or you can take advantage of builder discounts on new home purchases. This program provides our Associates an opportunity to buy, build, or remodel their home at reduced prices.

Associates have the opportunity to earn up to two weeks of paid vacation each year. Associates who are with us seven or more years earn an additional amount of personal time. Sick time is also available to Associates and earned each month that you work with us. Associates are also eligible for up to seven paid holidays a year.

The FG Associate Assistance Program provides 24/7 support services for everyday life. Associates can visit with a professional about their mental health, stress, family concerns, life events and more through free counseling services and support.

The Catastrophic Assistance Charity is funded by collective tax-deductible contributions and provides financial assistance to associates who face catastrophic medical or personal situations that they could not have planned or budgeted for.
