MIT Program Details
The MIT program is an “on the job” paid, 12-month training course (maximum) that exposes candidates to every facet of the manager position. MIT candidates will receive training on key subjects that position them for a role in leadership including understanding P&Ls, budgeting, operational procedures and guidelines and managing sales. Our MITs learn our business and are taught how to deliver the FG Customer Experience.
The MIT program fast tracks candidates into a management position quickly with graduates often in a management position within a year of program enrollment.
Where Do I Train?
MIT candidates will train in various locations throughout our company including regional offices. Candidates may be assigned to train in operations or manufacturing depending on the skill set or career path.
Flexibility and receptiveness to travel are important as MITs will need to have the ability to travel for training and to take advantage of management opportunities that become open.
