Excellent rimboard material that is dimensionally stable and excels at transferring vertical and lateral loads to the foundation. Engineered to prevent warping, cupping and splitting.
Rimboard oriented strand board rim provides outstanding strength and durability, helps eliminate project waste and other construction problems created by dimension lumber use. Rimboards can handle seismic and high wind loads. Environmentally friendly and stronger than comparably sized dimension lumber.
